Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Host/Hostess to join our team on weekends. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be fluent in English, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Manage guest seating and maintain an organized waiting list

- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries and reservations

- Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth service

- Monitor table availability and coordinate seating during busy periods

- Assist with takeout orders and other front-of-house tasks as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and host area

- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for guests





Qualifications

- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and busy environment

- Strong multitasking and time management skills

- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality

- Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure

- Reliable and punctual

- Must be available to work weekends and holidays

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
