Wage: $24.00 per hour, 40 hours per week

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Co-ordinate activities with other departments
- Participate in emergency responses
- Resolve issues, complaints, supply shortage and address customer requests
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Prepare and submit reports




- Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Perform same duties as workers supervised

Computer and technology knowledge

- MS Office, Property Management System (PMS)
- WebRezPro experience is considered a strong asset
- Experience working with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb
