As a House Leader, you will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and advocate for individuals' rights, fostering a sense of community and belonging while coordinating care plans. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operational functions of the home
- Support and mentor team of Direct Support Workers
- Monitor quality of person-centered supports provided
- Implement and evaluate individual support plans
- Facilitate communication and positive relationships Requirements:
- 2–3 years in support roles for adults
- Educational background in Human Services or similar
