We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team and ensure that our clients' homes are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are sanitized and stored properly




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes without compromising quality
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special instructions

Experience

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with laundry processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
