? About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and people-focused HR Manager to oversee the day-to-day HR operations in a stable and rapidly growing manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being close to the floor, solving problems in real time, and supporting employees and managers daily.

⚙️ What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related questions
- Oversee the daily activities of the HR team (HR Generalist & HR Technician)
- Manage attendance, scheduling changes, employee files, and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations: investigations, disciplinary actions, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Manage CNESST, health & safety follow-ups,



work accidents, and disability claims
- Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for plant and office roles
- Coordinate training, performance check-ins, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with policies, labor standards, and company procedures
- Maintain HR systems and reports (ADP), including timesheets, data updates, and reporting
- Collaborate with plant leadership on day-to-day operational needs and workforce planning

? What You Bring

- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Industrial Relations
- Robust employee relations background with solid judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in French & English
- Proficient with Excel and ADP (or similar software)
- CRHA designation is an asset
