Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various facilities. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor climate control, energy efficiency, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues early and perform preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical diagrams to accurately diagnose system problems.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as drainage and water supply connections.
- Use welding techniques when necessary for repairs or system modifications.
- Assist with boiler operations and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient performance.
- Repair appliances and mechanical components associated with HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades involving HVAC infrastructure.




- Maintain detailed service logs, work orders, and maintenance records for accountability and future reference.

Experience

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Mechanic with a strong background in mechanical systems repair and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical diagrams related to HVAC systems.
- Construction experience or background working on building infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC-specific components such as compressors, condensers, thermostats, ductwork, and control systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with practical skills in troubleshooting complex system issues efficiently.
- Prior experience working with schematics and technical manuals to guide repairs accurately.
