Pomerleau is seeking an HR Systems & Platform Owner to align HR processes and technology, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll partner with HR, IT, and vendors to define roadmaps, govern data, and optimize the HR platform across the enterprise.

Lead backlogs, translate business needs into explicit requirements, and ensure successful deployments. Fluent in English and French, you’ll drive process improvements and mentor HRIS Analysts within a dynamic corporate HR team.
