IAM/CIAM Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Location – Toronto Downtown, 2-3 days to client office

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).

- Bachelor's or higher degree in technology programs (preferably software engineering or computer science)
- Robust hands-on software development business system analysis experience, translating business requirements into product driven systems specification, behavior-driven development user stories, acceptance criteria, UML diagrams
- Familiar with system design principles such as Reactive Principles, Bounded Context, Actor Model
- Exceptional understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management domain
- Familiarity with Ping/Forgerock suite of application stack including but not limited to Ping Federate, ForgeRock Authorization, ForgeRock Intelligent Access, PingIDM Lifecycle & Relationship Management, PingIDM Identity Workflow, PingDS Directory Server and PingGateway Edge Security
- Exceptional experience in Confluence and Jira tool set
- Strong partnership experience to drive User Story grooming and mapping sessions




- Experience in building message driven solution using Kafka or similar message hubs
- Strong Database knowledge background to translate business requirements into table entities, relationship, constraints, partitions, etc.
- Familiarity with Dynatrace software-intelligence monitoring platform to build and manage highly resilient domain driven services
- Understanding of REST API, microservice in domain driven using hexagonal architecture principles
- Familiar with large batch file based solution using Apache Camel integration framework
- Familiar with Autosys to handle process scheduling
- Familiar with TIBCO file transmission process
- Familiar with Telemetry and OpenTelemetry framework and Familiar with Circuit Breaker design pattern
- DevOps practices including CI/CD, Jenkins, test automation
- Familiar with Log management tools like Splunk
