Looking for steady, physical work where you can see what you build every single day?

We’re a growing shed manufacturing company in Armstrong, BC, and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Shop & Yard Support team member to keep our operation running smoothly.

This is a paid, year-round position — no seasonal layoffs, no wondering if you’ll have work next week.

What You’ll Be Doing In the Yard (~60% of your time):

- Operating a skid steer and forklift to gather mater to supply the building team
- Preparing and staging product packages for the build crew
- Unloading transport trucks efficiently and safely

In the Shop (~30–40% of your time):
- Preparing material packages
- Building trusses and doors
- Organizing and managing materials so the team can work without delays

You are the engine that keeps the build team moving. Without you, the whole operation slows down — and you’ll know your work matters every single day.

- Experience operating a skid steer (required)
- Physically capable and comfortable with hands-on, active work
- A team player who keeps things moving and the yard organized

What We’re NOT Looking For
- Negative energy or a “that’s not my job” attitude
- Someone who goes quiet when there’s a problem — we need communicators
- Chronic no-shows or last-minute call-ins
- Careless or unsafe with equipment
- Someone who can’t handle physical, repetitive work
