Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, ON for an Immigration Consultant RCIC/Assistant/Immigration Case Manager. The role involves managing client files, preparing and reviewing immigration applications, and supporting clients through various Canadian immigration and refugee processes.

Responsibilities include gathering and organizing documentation, conducting preliminary eligibility assessments, drafting forms and submissions, and monitoring application timelines and deadlines.



The role also requires communicating with clients, employers, and relevant authorities, including correspondence with IRCC and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, as needed.

The Immigration

Consultant RCIC/Assistant/Immigration Case Manager will collaborate with team members to ensure accurate file management, adherence to regulatory requirements, and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Canadian Immigration Issues and processes, including temporary and permanent residence pathways.
- Experience handling Visas, work permits, study permits, and other status-related applications.
- Understanding of relevant Law, including Canadian immigration and refugee legislation, regulations, and policies.
- Background in Consulting, with the ability to provide clear, strategic guidance to diverse clients.
- Exposure to Global Immigration considerations and cross-border mobility is an asset.
- RCIC designation in good standing, or progress toward licensure, is strongly preferred for consultant-level responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and document accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple files, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office software and case management tools.
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in office with the team.
