We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Worker to join our Team! In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for children with diverse needs. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Educators to develop and implement individualized support plans for children with special needs
- Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment that promotes participation and engagement for all students
- Support a child during classroom activities, ensuring they have the necessary accommodations and assistance
- Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions
- Maintain a safe, positive,



and nurturing atmosphere that encourages confidence and independence among children

Requirements

- Preferred prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood or one on one support but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, children, and families
- Passion for fostering inclusive environments that celebrate diversity and promote equal opportunities for all children
- First aid & CPR completed
- Clean Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check
- Clean Social Development Check

Pay: $18.95-$27.79 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
