Established in 2014, Hide n Seek Indoor Playground & Café is Edmonton based company that consists over 10,000 sq.ft. of play area. We operate by high standard in safety and cleanliness.

We are seeking individuals who loves working along and able to engage with children, enjoys fast pace challenges, has strong orientation to details and organize skill and is a good team player.

We are looking for an Indoor Playground Attendant to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleanliness of the playground, responding to customer inquiries & resolving complaints, and providing general support to the general team members. The ideal candidate should a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Only candidates who meets all the mandatory qualification will be contacted for in-person interview.

Qualification: - Must Have

- Must be able and willing to work Weekends and holidays Evening (2pm-9pm) Shifts
- Must have reliable vehicle for commuting (no public transportation on Weekends evening)
- Must have at least 3 years of in-person customer service experience
- Must enjoy cleaning in micro-scopic scale and perform consistantcy.

Other requirements




- Working experience around children / parents is an asset
- Staff supervision experience is an asset
- Work at cash registry and handle cash / debit transaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Clean front lobby, desk, washroom and other areas as needed & scheduled
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate personnel.

Pay: $16.00-$17.50 per hour
