We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Industrial Sewer & General Labourer to join our production team. In this dual-focus position, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty industrial sewing equipment to fabricate custom, durable textile products (such as netting, heavy fabrics, tarps, or industrial covers), as well as supporting general shop-floor assembly, material prep, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Sewing & Fabrication

- Operate industrial sewing equipment (walking foot, single/double needle, sergers, or bar tackers).
- Sew and assemble heavy-duty materials, netting, vinyl, canvas, webbing,



and reinforced borders according to specifications.
- Install hardware and fasteners, including grommets, D-rings, buckles, zippers, and hook-and-loop (velcro).
- Thread machines, wind bobbins, adjust tensions, and change needles suited to heavy thread weights and durable fabrics.
- Perform routine daily maintenance (cleaning lint, oiling, needle inspection, resolving minor thread breaks).

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 42.5 per week
