Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot incidents through appropriate IT support channels.
- Monitor IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for IT projects and enhancements.
- Work with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to implement IT solutions.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain IT documentation, knowledge bases, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with software installations, upgrades, patches, and system configurations.
- Monitor application performance and coordinate with vendors or technical teams when required.
- Support IT change management, incident management, and problem management processes.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis related to IT operations and service performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, and procedures.
- Participate in IT projects, system implementations, testing, and process improvements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, or other enterprise technologies.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.
- Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
- ITIL, Microsoft, Azure, AWS, or other relevant certifications.
