Summary

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering relationships with clients and driving sales growth. Your contributions will support our mission of delivering innovative solutions and maximizing customer satisfaction. Be the face of the location, welcoming and providing information to our great customers.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are on hand to support customer purchasing of seed, fertilizer and pesticides. Maintain and balance accurate inventory records weekly.




- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of custom application equipment and related delivery equipment to result in maximum utilization and quality customer service.
- Awareness of sustainability issues such as 4R Stewardship
- Other administrative duties as required or assigned
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales roles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in Agriculture or Farming
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
