About Us

TeePrintHouse is a Markham-based custom apparel company specializing in DTF printing and embroidery. We produce custom T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, hats, bags, and promotional apparel for businesses, schools, restaurants, sports teams, clubs, events, and online sellers across Canada.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Inside Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This position combines customer service, sales follow-up, order processing, and coordination with our production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, website, and social media
- Understand customers’ apparel, printing, embroidery, quantity, and delivery requirements
- Prepare quotes and follow up with potential customers
- Help customers select suitable products, colours, sizes, and decoration methods
- Enter customer and order information accurately into our order system
- Collect artwork, confirm order details, and follow up on artwork approval
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time
- Update customers regarding order status, pickup, shipping, and delivery
- Follow up on outstanding quotes, approvals, and payments
- Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve order-related issues
- Maintain organized customer and order records
- Assist with taking simple photos or short videos of products and production when needed
- Support other daily office and sales-related tasks

Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English
- Friendly, qualified, and comfortable communicating with customers




- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, order processing, or office administration
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, online order systems, and basic office software
- Responsible, dependable, and able to follow an order from initial inquiry through completion
- Able to work independently while coordinating closely with the production team

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in custom apparel, printing, embroidery, promotional products, signage, or a related industry
- Experience preparing quotes or processing customized orders
- Basic knowledge of garment styles, sizing, printing, or embroidery
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset but not required
- Basic photography, short-form video filming, or video-editing skills are an asset
- Experience using social media for business is an asset
