What You'll Do

Working alongside an experienced Lead Installer, you'll help install a variety of premium exterior products, including:

- Motorized retractable screens
- Retractable awnings
- Frameless glass systems
- Aluminum pergolas and louvered roof systems
- Shade and privacy products
- Other custom outdoor living solutions

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the installation of premium outdoor living products
- Learning proper installation techniques from experienced Lead Installers
- Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Assisting with shop preparation and fabrication as required
- Providing a professional customer experience on every project





What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
- Construction or building experience (preferred but not required)
- No criminal record
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Installation experience is an asset
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pride in producing quality workmanship
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Professionalism when interacting with customers
- Ability to safely lift up to 80 lbs.
- A valid driver's license is considered an asset

Successful candidates may be required to complete a Criminal Record Check and Driver's Abstract.

Full time

Mon-Friday, Lots of overtime potential

Compensation

Starting Wage: $19.00–$25.00 per hour

Starting wage is based on experience, skills, and attitude.
