Role Description The Insurance Sales Specialist role is based in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, and recommending appropriate Living Advantages and related insurance products. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients in person, explaining policy features, preparing quotes, processing applications, and following up to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The Insurance Sales

Specialist will maintain accurate records, work closely with internal teams and brokerage partners,



and stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements. The role also involves achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and participating in training and development activities.

Qualifications

- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Knowledge of Insurance products is considered an asset.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate complex information clearly.
- Ability to work in Toronto, ON, managing client meetings and local market outreach.
- Relevant licensing or certification to sell insurance products in Ontario, or eligibility and willingness to obtain required licenses.
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills to handle multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
- Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management and record-keeping.
- Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field is an asset.
