We are currently seeking an Intermediate ContractAdministrator to join the Calgary Team. The ideal candidate brings strongcontract administration experience, effective field coordination and consultantcommunication skills, and a solid understanding of construction-phase projectdelivery.

Job Summary

The Intermediate Contract Administrator contributes toproject success during the construction phase by managing documentation, fieldcoordination, and consultant communication. This role brings a solidunderstanding of project workflows and ensures efficient and effective contractadministration in alignment with Zeidler’s delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design + Documentation

- Produce anddistribute supplemental documentation including RFIs and change orders.
- Final review ofshop drawings and preparation of site-related documentation.
- Maintain projectdocumentation in accordance with filing systems and QA/QC standards.

Project Support + Coordination

- Conductsite reviews and field observations.




- Liaisewith contractors, consultants, and clients to support issue resolution.
- Communicateconstruction updates to project leadership.
- Ensureconstruction activities comply with office Project Delivery systems.
- Ensureall work aligns with the firm’s Project Delivery standards, includingproper use of filing systems, adherence to architectural procedures, andcompliance with drawing and documentation protocols

Team + Culture

- Promoteteam alignment and internal communication during project delivery.
- Upholdhealth and safety policies.
- Participatein a collaborative, adaptable, in-office and site-based work culture.
- Thisposition requires 100% in-office and/or site presence to support in-personcollaboration, real-time mentorship, and effective cross-functionalalignment across teams and disciplines.

Qualifications

- Degreeor diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology, or equivalentexperience.
- 5–9years of relevant construction administration or construction managementexperience.
- Strongknowledge of building codes, CA forms, and field review protocols.
- Strongleadership and organizational skills with multi-project managementability.




- Willingnessto travel for site reviews; valid driver’s license required.
- Familiaritywith green building initiatives is considered an asset.
