Type of Contract: Temporary A career as an International Payments Operations Analyst at National Bank offers you a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in support of strategy execution and business evolution across various sectors. By actively contributing to international payment processes, you will play a key role in the Bank’s ongoing transformation.

Your Role

- Act as a resource person and subject matter expert for transaction settlement activities within the International Payments sector.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the end-to-end business process and become a recognized expert in the field.
- Demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in performing your day-to-day responsibilities.
- Use your initiative to anticipate needs and effectively resolve operational issues.
- Analyze gaps in operational processes and implement required corrective actions in collaboration with business partners and clients.
- Work closely with various areas of the Bank to provide technical support to stakeholders involved in daily operations.
- Provide relevant information to support decision-making and recommend opportunities for process improvements.

Your Team

You will report to the Manager, Global Wire Operations and Securities Transfer (TVM) and work daily with a dynamic team of specialists. You will join a passionate and growing group of 32 analysts and senior analysts. The team is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of international payment operations, providing you with the opportunity to thrive in an environment that values client satisfaction, performance, collaboration, and innovation.

This position is offered in a hybrid work model, combining remote work and office presence. We promote continuous learning through hands-on experience, available training opportunities, and collaboration with colleagues who bring diverse expertise and perspectives.

Requirements

- College diploma (DEC)



or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience delivering fast and effective customer service.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to work under pressure while demonstrating versatility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
