International Sales Account Manager

Remote – U.S. or Canada based

Salary Range: $130,000 to $160,000/yr

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Account Manager to manage and grow business across key global markets, with a primary focus on Australia and New Zealand.

This role is ideal for a sales skilled who can balance account management, strategic growth, and new business development. The successful candidate will work with retail buyers, distributors, sales representatives, and internal teams to strengthen customer relationships and expand international revenue.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow international accounts and territories
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Develop territory and account growth plans
- Lead pricing, presentations, seasonal planning, forecasting, and program execution
- Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and E-commerce
- Travel internationally for customer meetings, trade shows, and market visits

What We’re Looking For

- 5-7 years of sales/account management experience
- Consumer goods experience required




- International sales experience required (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, or South America experience preferred)
- Experience selling to major retailers, mass-market, club, distributor, or similar channels
- Experience managing distributors, reps, or international channel partners
- Strong commercial, forecasting, pricing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work across international time zones and travel as needed
