Note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise Limited, working at ExxonMobil facilities with both ExxonMobil employees and other contractors.

Description:

Responsible for completing material movements in the ERP including receiving, consuming and production write on and ensuring accurate master data

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete all inbound and outbound material movements in ERP
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and submit adjustments with proper documentation to the inventory owner
- Contribute to inventory accuracy initiatives such as cycle counts
- Identify master data integrity issues and escalate to the master data owner when changes are needed or records should be deactivated

Key Requirements:





- 5+ years of experience in inventory management within a manufacturing or oil & gas environment, preferably with downhole tools or precision components
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Fishbowl, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
