Salary: £25,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements

- 2 years previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Windows environments
- Strong Microsoft Office support experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Linux exposure
- Microsoft, Cisco or related certifications
