We are looking for a L2 Support Technician with hands-on experience in Manufacturing IT / Production environments .

? Key Skills:

- MES / Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Production-line & endpoint support
- Barcode scanners, barcode printers, printers, scanners & smart devices
- ServiceNow / ITSM
- Incident, Problem & Change Management
- SLA & Incident Management
- Issue triage and cross-functional coordination
- OEM / Vendor / Stakeholder coordination
- Shift-based production support

? Preferred Experience:
- Manufacturing IT / ShopFloor Support
- MES / Production systems
- Production-line / line-side IT support

? Language Requirements: French and English
