Regal Group of Companies is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and motivated IT Technician to join our team and provide day-to-day technical support across our office and production operations.

Position: IT Technician

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to office and production staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Maintain and support Windows operating systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including antivirus, firewalls, and data protection.
- Set up workstations and equipment for recent employees.
- Document IT procedures, asset inventory, and support tickets.




- Coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support or technician role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and computer hardware.
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and basic network troubleshooting is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Valid driver’s license is considered an asset.
