We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are spotless, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety standards. Your proactive approach will help create a positive experience for everyone who enters our premises, supporting the overall cleanliness and functionality of our workspace.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Conduct detailed cleaning of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures to uphold a skilled appearance
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or minor repairs as needed
- Follow established cleaning schedules and safety procedures to ensure consistent quality and compliance
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly




- Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives to maintain high standards of hygiene

Requirements

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to report issues or supply needs clearly and promptly
