Everpure Facility Services Ltd. is looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Daytime Janitor to join our team for a long-term position in Richmond/South Vancouver Area.
This position is ideal for someone who is looking for stable weekday employment, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-maintained property.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Shift: Daytime
- Hours: Consistent weekday schedule
- Work Setting: Residential strata / common areas
Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas within a residential strata property.
Main duties include
- General cleaning of building common areas
- Vacuuming carpets and floor areas
- Using professional cleaning equipment when required
- Following established daily cleaning routes, checklists and procedures
- Reporting maintenance issues, damages or unusual conditions to management

Requirements
