In this role, you will direct the activities of Patrol Avalanche Forecasters, supervise field operations and avalanche control measures, and maintain crucial avalanche safety documentation.

Foster a high-standard support system for your team while collaborating on creative training and safety programs. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily assignments for the Patrol Forecasting Team
- Conduct snowpack analysis and evaluate slope conditions
- Develop and guide avalanche control operations
- Ensure relevance of Avalanche Safety procedures
- Provide training in avalanche search, rescue, and control Requirements:
- CAA Level 2 for Operations certification
- Five years’ experience with Professional Ski Patrol
- Current blasting ticket and safety certifications
- Skilled in general computer usage
