Reporting to the Principals and Project Managers, the Junior/Intermediate Civil Project Designer plays a hands-on role in bringing municipal and land development projects to life — from early design through to successful completion. Working closely with senior team members, this individual takes on the core technical work of civil design, including drafting, project design, and technical analysis. Success in this role depends on solid attention to detail, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal team members and external partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Preliminary and Detailed Grading, Servicing and Stormwater Management Plans, Storm/Sanitary Drainage Area Plans, Plan and Profiles, Section and Detail drawings,



Base Plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, in support of Draft Plan and Site Plan applications
- Functional Servicng and Stormwater Management reports in support of Draft Plan and Site Plan applications
- Water/wastewater servicing calculations
- Stormwater Quantity/Quality control calculations using applicable stormwater software
- Permit and approval applications with direct liaison with municipalities and/or agencies
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimatesPrepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
