A global Automotive Parts Manufacturer is seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to support our sales and estimating efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to grow within a dynamic and quick-paced automotive manufacturing environment. Junior Sales Engineer Responsibilities :

- Prepare and submit quotes for new and existing customers based on technical requirements and cost analysis
- Support inside sales functions including order entry, follow-up, and customer communication
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates using historical data and input from engineering and production
- Generate invoices and track billing in coordination with finance and customer service teams
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding product specifications and pricing
- Maintain accurate records of customer quotes, purchase orders, and pricing agreements
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding quotes or sales opportunities
- Support the Sales Manager and senior sales engineers in day-to-day activities and customer meetings

Junior Sales Engineer Requirements :

- 1–2 years of inside sales experience (preferably in manufacturing or automotive environment)
- Minimum 1–2 years of cost estimating experience
- General knowledge of automotive industry standards, components, and processes




- Experience with invoicing and creating customer quotes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM systems experience a plus
- AS400 experience is an asset
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
