Role Description The Keyholder/Supervisor role at Spiritleaf is a full-time, on-site position based in Mississauga, ON. This role is responsible for opening and closing the store, overseeing daily operations, and supporting team members during shifts.

Key responsibilities include guiding customers through product selections, ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations, and maintaining store standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and security. The Keyholder/Supervisor also assists with cash handling, inventory management, and resolving customer concerns, while fostering an inclusive and positive customer experience.



This position works closely with store leadership to support sales goals and uphold Spiritleaf’s brand values.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, to create a welcoming and skilled environment for all guests.
- Solid Retail Sales abilities, with a focus on achieving store targets through ethical selling and relationship-building.
- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, teammates, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Robust Product Knowledge in cannabis and related accessories, with a willingness to stay informed about new products and regulations.
- Experience in retail or hospitality supervision, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and basic inventory control.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, follow regulatory requirements, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Comfort working in a regulated cannabis environment and meeting any applicable provincial licensing or certification requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous cannabis retail experience or leadership experience is an asset.
