Our Back of House team keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes prepping, cooking, and rolling burritos with care. The Cook and Roller work hand-in-hand to ensure every burrito meets our quality standards. Mornings are for prep so we can focus on serving customers efficiently during the day, and evenings are for cleaning while keeping that friendly connection with our guests.
In our open kitchen, customers can see the pride and teamwork that go into every order. Organization and time management are key in this role.
We’re looking for team members who are:
-Reliable and punctual
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Able to follow proper food safety procedures
-Clean and productive (“clean as you go” mindset)
-Hardworking and team-focused
Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
