Japanese Village Edmonton South location is now accepting applications for

Full-time Kitchen/Sushi cook positions.

Candidates will be expected to work 30-40 hours a week, 5 days a week including weekends. Shifts will start in the afternoon, and end at close, usually around 9-11pm.

Job duties include making sushi and sashimi dishes for in house dining and catering, hot dishes, seafood and vegetable preparation, and cleaning.

Candidates must have 1+ years of cook experience. Sushi experience is preferred, but not a dealbreaker. All trainee's will be trained meticulously in house.

Gratuities earnings are additional to posted wage earnings.
