About the Role

EBC is seeking a dedicated and safety-oriented Civil Construction Labourer to support operations on the Highway 11 Interchange Project. The Labourer will support our civil construction crews with a variety of general labor and site duties to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, and willing to perform physically demanding work as part of a team.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is $30-$45 per hour.

Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity.
