What You’ll Need

- Completion of grade 12 and mechanical inclination
- Valid Driver’s License with recent driver abstract
- Minimum 21 years of age (due to safety requirements)
- Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs
- Ability to follow directions and work under the direction of a Field Heavy Duty Mechanic
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Union membership required (dues deducted from pay)
