Working closely with development, engineering, construction, sales, and external stakeholders, you will help coordinate land development projects through the planning, approval, and execution stages. Your Responsibilities ng;You’ll coordinate development applications including Official Plan Amendments, Subdivisions, Zoning By-law Amendments, Committee of Adjustment applications, and Condominium approvals from submission through registrat ionYou’ll review technical planning, engineering, legal,



and financial documentation to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvem entYou’ll work closely with consultants, municipal staff, and internal stakeholders to secure approvals and keep projects moving according to sched uleYou’ll oversee engineering design coordination and assist with contract administration related to servicing, utilities, and landscaping wo rksYou’ll review and validate site plans, building designs, and development concepts, providing recommendations that enhance project functionality, marketability, and overall program performa nceYou’ll support market research initiatives and provide insights related to product design, pricing strategies, and market position ingYou’ll collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Construction teams, and Builders to support sales and project launches, assumptions, deficiency management, and development obligati onsYou’ll contribute to land acquisition activities including site analysis, offers, and due dilige nceYou’ll perform project reporting, meeting support and coordination (agendas, minutes, reports, presentations), and various development and project-related administrative and support functions, including site visits and council/committee participat

Skills and Qualifications ions1-2 years of experience in land development, planning, project coordination, or a related f ieldDiploma in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; Bachelor’s degree is considered an a ssetStrong understanding of land use planning regulations, permitting processes, and development stand ardsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications and project management soft wareDemonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abili tiesExcellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priori tiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborati velyValid G Class driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle to attend project sites, meetings, and municipal offices as requ
