Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman/woman to lead and oversee outdoor landscape projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate teams, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards while delivering exceptional landscape installations. Your leadership will drive project success, motivate crew members, and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to specifications
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Oversee installation of features such as irrigation systems, planting beds, patios, retaining walls, and other landscape elements
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high standards of craftsmanship
- Maintain accurate documentation of work progress,

Requirements

- Proven experience in landscape construction or related construction fields with a strong understanding of landscape installation processes
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project management and safety protocols
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
