Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper/Labourer to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional landscapes that enhance outdoor spaces. Your enthusiasm for gardening, horticulture, and construction will drive your success as you work on a variety of projects, from planting and irrigation to landscape installation and upkeep.

Duties

- Assist with landscape maintenance projects, including soil preparation, planting, and fall clean-ups
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to carry out landscaping tasks efficiently
- Perform regular landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and mulching to keep outdoor areas pristine
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment like excavators or other machinery used in office
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans accurately and efficiently




- Conduct routine inspections of landscapes for health, safety hazards, and maintenance needs

Experience

- Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, horticulture or construction is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment such as zero-turn mowers and hedge trimmers is preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while operating machinery or handling tools
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
