JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- MUST be physically fit - physically able to bend, lift, and walk; physically able to work long hours outdoors.




- MUST have reliable personal transportation to our shop in Caledon. No public transportation to our shop is available.
- Must have supervisory/crew leader experience, able to manage a team of 2-4 employees.
- Working knowledge of landscape practices; previous experience working in commercial landscaping/lawn maintenance.
- Must have a valid DZ driver's licence in good standing and previous snow plowing/salting experience.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Willing and able to work on call, days and nights during winter season.
