Massage Addict Richmond Hill – Bayview & Major Mackenzie is looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized Lead GSA to join our team!

Pay: $18–$21/hour, based on experience

Location: Richmond Hill

Part-time / Full-time opportunities available

As our Lead GSA, you will play an significant role in leading the front desk team and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is confident, professional, organized, and enjoys working with both clients and a team.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead and support the front desk/GSA team
- Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming client experience
- Handle bookings, cancellations, payments, memberships, and client inquiries
- Support therapists and clinic operations
- Help train and guide new GSAs
- Ensure front desk procedures and daily tasks are completed properly
- Assist with membership sales and clinic goals
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk
- Take initiative and help resolve day-to-day issues

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has previous customer service or front desk experience
- Has leadership experience or is ready to take on a leadership role
- Is dependable, professional, and organized
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Can confidently take initiative and lead by example
- Experience in a wellness, healthcare, or clinic environment is an asset
- Ideally experience with direct billing
