Enjoy connecting with people and working toward clear goals? We’re looking for motivated Lead Generation Representatives to join our team.

You’ll make outbound calls to business owners, learn about their payment processing needs, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. Bring strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, and we’ll provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

What you’ll do

- Make outbound cold calls to businesses and connect with decision makers
- Introduce our payment processing services and identify potential interest
- Qualify prospects and book appointments for the sales team




- Follow up with interested business owners
- Keep accurate notes and update prospect information in our systems
- Work toward clear daily and weekly activity and lead generation goals
- Participate in coaching to strengthen your phone skills and improve results

What we’re looking for

- Strong verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset
- Confidence speaking with new people and building rapport over the phone
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to apply feedback
- Motivation to achieve goals and resilience when handling rejection
- Comfort using computers and learning new software
- Sales, customer service, or call centre experience is an asset
- No degree required
