Position Description

You will serve as a Lead Quality Assurance Specialist in the Branch of the MRO Engineering Department/Depot Support Team at FLTREADCEN EAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

- You will lead the development of inspection plans and procedures for assuring quality and reliability of products linked to Aircraft, Components and Engines.
- You will ensure all pertinent quality program procedures and principles are communicated throughout the Quality Control Inspection Division.
- You will provide direct assistance to production and engineering personnel when establishing Quality Characteristics (QCs) within maintenance processes ensuring quality and reliability of products.
- You will review maintenance plans and technical data identifying quality characteristics critical to product acceptability,
- You will lead or participate in quality audits and investigations conducted by internal/external authorities.
