Leasing Agent / Building Administrator

Location: Lindsay, Ontario

We are seeking a skilled, organized, and personable Leasing Agent / Building Administrator to join the team at a brand-new rental development in Lindsay, Ontario. This position will play an important role in the leasing of new units while also supporting the day-to-day administration and operation of the building.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to prospective tenant inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units and amenities
- Market available units and generate leasing opportunities
- Process rental applications and assist with lease agreements
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and tenant communications
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents
- Respond to tenant questions, concerns, and service requests
- Maintain accurate tenant, leasing, and building records
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with contractors and service providers
- Monitor common areas and report maintenance or operational concerns




- Assist with the day-to-day administration and operation of the building
- Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in leasing, property management, building administration, sales, or customer service is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Professional, approachable, and customer-service oriented
- Solid attention to detail and follow-up
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Real estate or property management experience is an asset
