Duties

- Greet prospective tenants warmly and guide them through property tours, highlighting features and answering questions with confidence.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct thorough data entry, filing, and administrative tasks to support leasing operations and maintain up-to-date tenant files.
- Negotiate lease terms with applicants while adhering to company policies and legal requirements, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Follow up with potential tenants via phone or email to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into signed leases.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with prospects, residents,



and vendors to foster positive interactions.
- Assist in managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions and improve engagement strategies.
- Support property management team with general office duties such as filing, handling inquiries, and coordinating appointments.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or office administration; property management experience is a plus.
- Strong administrative skills including data entry, filing, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with professional phone etiquette to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with prospects and residents.
