The Role

We are seeking a Licensed 310T Technician to assist in all aspects of truck and trailer repair and maintenance. This position includes a mix of in-shop duties and occasional mobile repair work,. Preference and top wages will be offered to candidates with strong experience in emissions, diagnostics, engine repair, and electrical systems.

What You Will Do

- Perform full-spectrum repair and preventative maintenance on a diverse fleet of trucks and trailers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, air, fuel, and emissions systems.
- Conduct mobile repairs on-site or at roadside locations when required.
- Collaborate effectively with the team, sharing your knowledge with others while remaining open to guidance.

Ideal Qualifications

- Licensing: Active member in good standing with Skilled Trades Ontario (310T).
- Driving Record:



Valid G-Class driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract (AZ Licence is a strong asset).
- Technical Skills: Thorough understanding of electrical, air, fuel, and emissions systems. Engine repair and air conditioning experience are major assets.
- Tools: Ownership of personal hand tools required for the trade.
- Soft Skills: A positive attitude, keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
