Overview

We are seeking a licensed electrician to join our dynamic team and bring energy, expertise, and precision to a variety of electrical projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction and renovation sites, ensuring electrical systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, working with schematics, and utilizing a wide range of tools to deliver safe and efficient electrical solutions.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation and repair work
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and renovation settings
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete wiring, conduit runs, panel setups, and other electrical tasks
- Work with low voltage systems such as alarms, communication lines, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation purposes
- Conduct inspections of existing electrical infrastructure to identify issues and implement timely repairs or upgrades
- Follow all safety protocols related to construction sites, low voltage wiring, and industrial electrical environments




- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution while adhering to deadlines

Experience

- Valid licenced electrician certification with proven experience in industrial or commercial electrical work 309A
- Red Seal Certification
- Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Demonstrated ability working with hand tools, power tools, and specialized electrical equipment in construction or renovation projects
- Experience working with low voltage systems including PLCs or automation controls is highly desirable
- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices for industrial environments
- Prior handyman or general construction experience that complements electrical skills is a plus
- Familiarity with troubleshooting electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
