In your role as a Licensed Administrative Associate, you will be instrumental in client interactions, account administration, and compliance management. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills are essential for coordinating meetings and preparing client documentation while ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional service as the main contact for clients • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings effectively • Process account openings, transfers,



and trade submissions • Keep client records complete and ensure compliance documentation • Assist with preparing investment proposals and financial planning initiatives

Requirements: • Completion of Canadian Securities Course and CPH is required • Experience in a financial services or wealth management role • Understanding of investment products and compliance needs • Strong organizational and communication abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus
