Our client is seeking a
Licensed Insurance Sales Advisor – Life & Personal Lines to join a high-performing insurance agency in the Burlington area. This opportunity is designed for an insurance professional who holds both an LLQP licence and either a RIBO or OTL licence and enjoys a fast-paced, sales-focused environment where strong performance is rewarded.
The role combines life and health insurance sales with personal lines insurance.
While
Home and Auto are an important part of the position, the organization is placing increased emphasis on Life, Accident & Sickness, Critical Illness, Health and Dental, and related financial protection solutions.
You will work with active prospects and an established client base rather than relying primarily on cold calling or self-generated marketing. The focus is on understanding client needs, educating clients on available insurance solutions, providing appropriate recommendations, and building long-term relationships.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Burlington. The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $60,000 plus commission and performance-based bonus opportunities.
The Employer
Our client is an independently operated insurance agency with a strong track record of performance and a large, established client base. The office operates in a collaborative, energetic environment where employees are expected to work hard, support one another, and take ownership of their results.
The organization provides structured training, active sales opportunities, and ongoing support to help licensed professionals grow across multiple insurance product lines. The culture is professional but approachable, with an emphasis on accountability, integrity, client service, and doing what is right for the customer.
About You
You are a licensed insurance professional who enjoys speaking with clients and is comfortable working in a high-volume environment. You know how to build rapport over the phone, ask good questions,
explain insurance products clearly, and help clients make informed decisions.
You are motivated by achieving goals and increasing your earnings, but you do not rely on aggressive sales tactics. You are comfortable being held accountable for your activity and results and are willing to make the calls and follow-ups required to reach your targets.
You are dependable, coachable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team. You appreciate clear training and direction but are also able to take ownership of your work once you have learned the process.
