We are seeking 1-2 dedicated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in two dental offices, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidates.
The positions require time management skills, physical fitness (ability to handle mopping and vacuuming, and emptying garbages), attention to detail (dusting personal spaces, and cleaning bathrooms and lunchrooms) along with effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in medical environments
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated timeframes
- Maintain supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to accept constructive input to correct any oversights or errors in cleaning duties
- Reliable transportation between jobsites
