Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Help with plating dishes quickly and accurately for timely service
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and company policies

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years experience
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic cooking techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of meal preparation, serving standards, and kitchen safety practices
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Passion for the food industry and a desire to develop culinary skills further
